It can replace Filter Racor 500 Series Turbine and Marine Filters.Maximum Flow Rate 60 GPH (226 LPH) with filter rating 30 Micron. Item is suitable for Racor 500FG, 500FG122, 500FG242 and 75500FGX.
The oil-water separator filter element and the end cover are made of high-quality nylon material with corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and tensile strength by injection molding.
Using epoxy resin glue and full-automatic glue injection machine to inject glue, the quantity is accurate, the stirring is uniform, no bubbles are generated, and the cover will never fall off.
The filter paper imported from a pure wooden paddle does not absorb flat, does not deform, and has a long service life.
Attention please:
This filter has a service life of 250 - 300 hours or half a year. Since it is installed externally, if it is not used for a long time, please clean and maintain the filter before using it, otherwise, the service effect and service life will be affected. Remember to always drain the accumulated water in the assembly!
