Located in Melbourne, Australia, Watch Winder Works Is Australian Owned and Managed and has been established to service the needs of the passionate mechanical watch collectors and watch lovers who want to maintain the settings of their multi-complications automatic watches and so be able to wear them any time they desire without having to reset them each time (day, date, year, moon phase, tides, power reserve etc).

In doing so we wanted to offer the serious watch enthusiast a choice in the selection of the type of winder required. To that end this store will strive to provide winders and watch accessories of a multitude of high quality brands and models as well as offer unique one-off creations that will enhance the watch displayed and become a piece of winder-art in itself.

The fact that our director is a watch enthusiast and admirer of micro-mechanical art certainly helps in providing the expert assistance, advice and service on the products we offer in our eBay store.

Shipping

All Automatic Watch Winders, Watch storage boxes, accessories and Jewellery are inspected and tested prior to shipping.

Postage charges include distribution costs, packaging and mailing. All items are posted to the address shown on your PayPal account We post within 24hrs if payment is cleared before 12:30 pm on business days.

Please note that due to the distances involved in shipping to WA, deliveries may take between 5-10 days to that State.

When paying by bank deposit it may take 1-3 days for payment to be cleared. International orders: contact us for shipping costs to your country if no international postage charge is displayed.

Please provide a street address (home, office, workplace etc) where someone can sign for delivery during business hours.

We will credit your PayPal account, or replace the product, as you prefer. All returns must be received in complete and original packaging with all included accessories and full documentation (copy of e-bay sales receipt or invoice supplied with goods).
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with no signs of wear, use or abuse. In the event that the product is not in pristine condition as you received it, you may be subject to a minimum 15% repackaging/restocking fee.
