A Forever In My Heart Ring (30mm diameter), Engraved Heart Charm (14mmx19mm), Swarovski Birthstone Crystal, and Letter Charm (9mm) are assembled on an 18" link chain with lobster clasp.  If you prefer a different chain, no problem, just send me a message.

Please send me a message with your birthstone crystal and letter charm requests.  (* Please Note:  If no birthstone crystal or letter charm is requested, your necklace will be assembled with a clear Swarovski crystal and a heart charm in place of the letter charm.)

Your necklace will be assembled with lots of love, and tucked inside an organza gift bag.

Silver-plated link chain and charms; stainless steel ball chain and jump rings. Everything is lead-free and nickel-free.
