Returns Policy 

 In the following instances we will happily arrange return and then supply of replacement item/s in the following situations :

1) If the Item/s is damaged on arrival.

2) There is a clear manufacturing fault with the Item/s out of the box.

3) The incorrect Item/s has been supplied as per our Item Description.

It is the buyers responsibility to have gone through the Item description and have confirmed or contacted us to confirm that the part/s match their exact vehicle fitment information prior to committing to buy. 

It is the Buyers responsibility to contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods if they have purchased the wrong Item or If they have decided an Item is no longer required. 

All part/s must be returned in original and re-sellable condition. Further all return shipping costs,our original freight expense, handling & Ebay fees that apply to facilitate a swap or refund are the Buyers responsibility.

Warranty Policy

12 Months or 20,000km Replacement warranty on all products from date of purchase. Unless otherwise stated.

Warranty becomes void in the case of disassembly, modification, unprofessional installation or use of product out of intended purpose and application. 

Warranty cover applies to the product only and does not cover freight, labour or any other expenses incurred to remedy any defects in the product

For any and all warranty claim/s it is the Buyers responsibility to  return the Item/s to our premises for warranty inspection. 

Please be advised Warranty decision/s can only be made after receipt and proper testing/inspection of goods.
