One tubular dowel for the main bearing ladder frame of the Lotus 2.2l Engines (not 907).

This is a tubular dowel that locates the main bearing ladder to the block. It locates over the main bearing stud and typically there are three per engine. It can be used to replace lost or damaged studs, but they are also often used to stiffen the block by dowelling all 10 main bearing studs. A very worthwhile modification for high rpm or high HP engines to improve bearing reliability - please note this requires a machining operation to fit additional dowels.
