Polarizing Filter Stress Demonstration - Eisco Labs
This large scale apparatus demonstrates stress patters on different solids. It comes with 4 clear acrylic pieces that are different shapes and can be placed between the filters and squeezed to produce different observable stress patterns. Each filter has an 8" diameter and is mounted in a high quality wooden frame that has a 10.5x5x2" size.
