You can return your purchase for any reason and receive a refund of your purchase price. (Sometimes something doesn't fit right, and we can all get a little carried away on eBay from time to time!) Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us to request the return, then mail the item back to us after you receive our return instructions. Buyer pays return shipping. The item must be returned in the same condition as sent — please don’t remove any tags, liners, or labels, and please understand that full refunds cannot be given for items that show damage or additional wear. We'll let you know when the item arrives and your refund has been made. (In those rare cases where an item has a problem that we failed to notice upon inspection and therefore did not describe in the listing — occasionally we do make a mistake! — we'll refund your shipping costs as well.)
If you'd prefer an exchange to a refund, we will be happy to do so if we have the item you want in stock. Exchanges are mailed once the original item is returned to us in the same condition as sent. As with the original item, international buyers must pay shipping for the second item to be mailed to them.
