This unit can also run blower motors and wipers that are 6 volt. Wide input range from 8 to 40v, output is fully protected. This unit is water proof and shock proof. Features ultra stable output circuit. Other regulators are no more than a transistor on a heat sink with no protection at all! Very small package as well easily mounts anywhere 3" X 3" X 1.3".
