For sale is Critters Number Five, originally published by Fantagraphics Books as a first printing from June of 1986, for sale in November of that year. I bought this new, put in into a bag with an acid free backing board, then put it into storage for 32 years. I recently took it out to sell in my Ebay store. The colors are glossy and like-new, with a flat spine and no color brakes or color flecks. On the bottom right hand side of the back cover is a small corner crease. The outside staples are tight and still have a shine to them with a slight bit of oxidation. Inside, the newsprint pages are still off white with shiny staples with just a bit of oxidation. Because of this, I'm grading it as VF/NM (9.0). This would be a welcome addition to anyone's collection. I have other modern comics listed in my Ebay store, as well as vintage Golden Age, Silver Age and Bronze Age comics. Thank you for viewing my listing. I've been collecting comics for over thirty years, shopping at Comic Conventions, as well as stores in N.Y.C., Brooklyn and Queens. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of comics, but will use the guides from Overstreet, as well as my personal experiences, as a basis of my grading all my comics. Since grading is subjective, I will try to be conservative. I offer discounts for multiple sales. Photos are of the actual item for sale, not a stock photo. Please review all descriptions and photos because I do not accept returns. Thank you for looking!
