- If FILLED option is chosen, the filling will be provided with the cover. The buyer may need to pour the provided beads (top up beads) into the cover to form the final product.

Returns:
If the item arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
