Akai S3000XL Sampler OS v2.0 System Boot Disk

• 1x Brand New 3.5” High Density Floppy Disk with the Operating System 2.0 installed to it.
• OS v2.0 is the latest and final operating system issued by Akai.
• The system boot disk in this eBay listing is only compatible with the S3000XL, not the S3000.

The OS v2.0 upgrade primarily focuses on resolving issues caused by Akai’s previously poor non-compliant implementation of the SCSI protocol in its system code. This is especially important for users out there that wish to use their S3000XL with MESA II as well as Recycle 2.0.

Please note: If you happen to have the “SCSI Waiting” message when you turn on your S3000XL? That means the SCSI fuse is blown.  I have resettable fuses (fuses that never blow) for sale in another eBay listing. Unsure / confused? Send me a message.
