May, 2018, Note: Almost all the TIP107s I have left are used, pulls. |

Manufacturer: ST Micro Electronics Part Number: TIP107 Package: TO-220 Type: PNP Configuration: Darlington Collector-Base Voltage (Vcbo): 100 Volts Max Collector-Emitter Voltage (Vceo): 100 Volts Max Collector Current (Ic): 8 Amps Max DC Current Gain (hfe): 1,000 to 20,000 Total Power (Ptot): 80 Watt Max |
|
General Description The TIP107 is a silicon epitaxial-base PNP power transistor in monolithic darlington configuration mounted in a TO220 plastic package. It contains an integrated antiparallel collector-emitter diode. It contains built in base-emitter shunt resistors. It has a very high DC current gain and a low collector-emitter saturation voltage. It is capable of 8 amps continuous DC collector current and 80 watts of power dissipation. It is complementary to the TIP102 (NPN). It is intended for use in power linear and switching industrial applications. |
|
Important Please take note of the fact that the TIP107 is a PNP transistor, not an NPN transistor. Please do not order this item and then tell me that you did not notice this. Also, please note that it is a darlington transistor, which has a very high gain, and so would not normally be used in place of a standard (single-stage) transistor. |

I have several different types of transistors, and I'll be adding others as time goes by. To check them out, just click the green link below. |
