The following terms of sale apply:

1. Please pay for your item promptly. 
If there is any problem with paying for your item, please contact us and let us know what is happening. If you do not contact us or respond to our reminder emails, we will be forced to inform eBay that you are a non-paying bidder, which will negatively affect your feedback.

2. Please check your item before accepting delivery.
When your item is delivered, please check your item before accepting it. If it is damaged please refuse the item

We may not be able to replace or refund your item if you do not refuse it.

3. We accept returns within 14 days (unused items only).
If your product is unwanted you can return it to us as long as you return the item unused, undamaged and in it's original packaging. You will need to pay your own return postage costs and be responsible for the item if it is damaged in transit. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied.

4. We offer a 12 month back to base warranty (manufacturing defects only).
Our back to base warranty lasts for 12 months but only covers manufacturing defects. We reserve the right to either send out a replacement part or have your item returned for repair, replacement or refund at our own discretion. If an item does have to be returned under our back to base warranty you will be responsible for the cost of delivery to and from our Cambridgeshire depot.

If your item breaks due to wear and tear or accidental damage, please call or email us - we may be able to help.

5. We're sorry but delivery costs are non-refundable.
We can only issue refunds for the cost of the item; we do not refund delivery costs.
