We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of receipt!

Any problem, defect or issue with your watch must be reported to us in writing within 3 days of receipt. After 7 days, buyers must use the manufacturer warranty sold with the watch to resolve any issue. Please check that all items are correct, working and as expected immediately upon delivery.

Holiday shoppers who place orders after the 1st of October will enjoy an extended return period ending on the 30th of January, for unwanted items. You may return your item for a replacement (subject to availability), shop credit or refund. Returns are processed at our US & UK warehouses, whichever is nearest to your shipping address.

Return Steps:

Please message us via eBay to let us know you wish to return your item and explain your reason for return. Please describe any defect, issue or problem as fully as possible and provide photos where relevant. The more information we have regarding an issue, the quicker we are able to approve your return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with full return instructions as well as a return form for the warehouse and if your return qualifies according to eBay's rules, a paid shipping label so you do not incur additional shipping costs.

Please allow approx. seven business days from the date that your item arrives at the warehouse until your request is actioned – due to the heavily increased demand and workforce pressure during and immediately after the holiday season, we ask for your patience if your refund is delayed – just message us via eBay and we will address your refund urgently.

We cannot accept the return of items that have been used, worn, resized or altered in any way – returns must be in the condition in which they were received. All returning items must include the original packaging and all shipped items, booklets, warranties, etc…

Stührling Original, LLC Two Year Warranty

Stührling Original, LLC guarantees that all Stührling Original watches are covered by warranty against any manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase from any authorized reseller. Stührling Original will within 24 months from the date of purchase, repair or replace (at Stührling’s option), the movement of the timepiece free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material workmanship under normal use. For quartz watches, the battery is covered by the warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover the watch case, watch bracelet, gold plating, straps, crystals or normal wear; and does not apply to watches that have been mishandled or used under extraordinary conditions. All warranty service will be provided by the Stührling Original Service Center and any work performed on a Stührling watch by an unauthorized person or entity shall automatically render this warranty null and void. Experience shows that we can complete most repairs within six weeks.

However, some watches need a little special attention, and, in those cases, it is not uncommon to require ten to twelve weeks.

Winding Instructions for Automatic / Mechanical Watches:

Automatic: Automatic watches do NOT contain a battery; they are made up of mechanical parts and gears. The watch will be powered by the movement of your wrist as you wear it.

For first time wear, or if the watch has not been worn for a while, the crown must be turned clockwise (away from you) about 20 - 30 full turns. If the watch is worn all the time, and never taken off, it should not require additional turning of the crown.

Mechanical: The hand-wound mechanical movement operates only by the daily, or sometimes more often, winding of the crown. For winding, the crown must be turned clockwise (away from you) about 20 - 30 full turns. Without constant winding of the crown, the hand-wound mechanical movement will eventually lose power and stop. A hand-wound movement requires greater care than almost all other types of movements because when the movement is fully wound additional tension may cause it to break. Do not overwind the watch; when the crown feels tight then you have wound the watch enough.
