Should you have any problems with the boots contact me within 14 days upon receipt and I won't entertain any request thereafter. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new/unworn condition. Even if boots are worn only once we will not offer any returns. This is non negotiable.
Please note that my products are authentic from UGG store. If you have any doubt about authenticity, please do not buy or bid on the items. I will not spend time argue in the email from a picky customer telling me that my product is not authentic after winning the item.

Winning bidders must pay all shipping and handling charges. USPS increased the shipping charges in spring 2012
