The MDI Vertical Series Pump Switch. This switch has a snap action that is rated for 15 AMPS @ 120 VAC and 1 HP @ 120 VAC.

This float has a 120 VAC Piggyback Plug, where no junction boxes or complicated electrical connections are needed. Plug the switch into a standard 120 VAC outlet, and plug your pump into the piggyback plug.
