Most orders over £50 are dispatched using a Next Working Day courier service.

Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 2:00 pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Fridays are normally delivered on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please note that Next Working Day delivery is not a guaranteed service, and occasional delays may occur. If you require your item by a specific date, we recommend allowing extra time for delivery.

Our courier requires a signature upon delivery, so someone must be available to receive the parcel. We are unable to request delivery to a neighbour or safe place.

If you provide a mobile number when ordering, the courier will send delivery updates, including an estimated delivery time. You can use these notifications to ensure someone is available or to rearrange delivery if necessary.

If delivery is attempted when no one is available, the courier will leave a calling card or provide instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

Please note we cannot deliver to an alternative address. Deliveries can only be made to the address provided on your eBay order.

Postal Deliveries
Most accessories and books are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You can return an unwanted item within 14 days of receiving it. To arrange a return, please contact us through eBay before sending the item back.

To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned:

• Within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel.
• In its original condition, complete with all accessories, manuals and packaging.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund and may be returned to the buyer or have a deduction applied in accordance with eBay's returns policy.

Unless the item is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or not as described, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as the buyer remains responsible for the item until it has been safely received.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, please contact us via eBay as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and, where applicable, provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
