The MDI Vertical Series Pump Switch. This switch has a snap action that is rated for 13 AMPS @ 240 VAC and 1/2 HP @ 240 VAC.

This float has a 240 VAC Piggyback Plug, where no junction boxes or complicated electrical connections are needed. Plug the switch into a standard 240 VAC outlet, and plug your pump into the piggyback plug.
