Please send us the message you would like to see on the tape measure. (we recommend to use a maximum of 65 characters, but if needed we can go higher, just keep in mind, the more characters are used, the smaller the letters will be engraved)
Please send details of engravings by eBay message or attaching a note to your Paypal payment. If we do not get a message at the time of order of any custom text, that can cause a delay in delivery.

Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch for orders sent RM 1st Class, and two or three days after dispatch for orders sent RM 2nd Class.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
