ACTION COMICS #267 (DC 1960).  SUPERMAN story features artwork by WAYNE BORING.  KEY ISSUE: Back-up SUPERGIRL story features the third appearance of the LEGION OF SUPERHEROES. Includes first appearances of CHAMELEON BOY, INVISIBLE KID and COLOSSAL BOY.  Also, Supergirl experiences RED KRYPTONITE and changes into SUPERWOMAN for the first time.  VERY GOOD PLUS (4.5) condition.

This is a sound mid-grade copy of this magazine with excellent color and lots of original gloss. The staples firmly bind the cover and all interior pages.  At the middle right edge there is a sliver chip out.  At the upper middle of the cover there is a date stamp.  On the back cover there are small chips out at the top and bottom left corners (see photo).   The book presents better than graded, but the inside covers show some browning and the interior pages look light tan.
