Payment
Payment is expected within three (3) days of winning auction or clicking purchase item. If more time is needed, please contact us to let us know.
Shipping
Please allow 24 hours for packaging and shipping Monday to Friday (except holidays). Weekend orders will be processed Monday morning in most cases.
International Buyers
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Returns
We happily accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Buyer is to pay return shipping. Item(s) must be in original received condition. There is a small restocking fee 10% of original price.
However, we do not accept returns on personal products unless it is due to an error on our part.
