Payment

Currently we only accept payment via PayPal.  Items will be dispatched as soon as payment is received. The only exception to this is if your payment is an eCheque, these normally take 7-10 days to process so items will be dispatched as soon as the payment clears.

It is important that you let us know if there is going to be a delay in payment. If we don't hear anything after 7-days then we will open an eBay dispute, after 14-days the transaction will be cancelled.

Postage & Packing

Orders paid for before 2pm Mon-Fri will normally be dispatched the same day, after 2pm they will be sent the next working day. Please note that the Royal Mail doesn't operate a postal service on Bank Holidays so orders placed on a Bank Holiday weekend will be delayed by 24 hours.

International Postage -  Currently we only ship to Australia and countries in the European Union. Our items are sent using Tracked Delivery, this is slightly more expensive but ensures the parcel is tracked its whole journey. We do offer shipping discounts, if you buy more than one item please wait for an invoice before paying.
