USEFUL INFORMATION

  • This cover is made to order and production usually takes 5-7 business days.
  • Please make sure you select the correct size cover (Please see Title for the size) for your Vehicle before ordering as there is a 25% restocking fee to return or exchange the item.
  • All Snowmobile Covers are rolled and packaged with the front end of the cover to the outside. The tag on the front end is sewn to the inside of the cover for easy identification.
BEFORE INSTALLING COVER – Please be sure that your unit is clean. Soiled covers cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Your Cover will provide years of service if you take the precaution of examining your unit for sharp areas that could tear the cover. Taking a few moments to pad these areas before installing the cover will help extend the life of the cover. To install the cover, proceed as follows:
    • Place the rolled cover on the front end of the unit.
    • Roll the cover to the back end of the unit and adjust the sides of the cover downward so that it is even on each side.

     For Snowmobile Covers:
Two sections of heavy-duty webbing are encased in the hem, one section around the body of the
unit, and one section in the nose of the unit.
A dual quick release buckle is installed on the webbing in each of the four locations where the
webbing exits the cover near the shocks.
Connect the quick release buckles inside the shock absorber mounts and adjust each side of the
    webbing for a snug fit.
Secure the cover further using the heavy-duty tie down straps provided (see reverse for tie-down
    instructions).
PLEASE NOTE – Please make sure that the unit is completely cool to the touch before putting the cover on. Contact with hot surfaces will damage the cover.
Cleaning Instructions: To keep your cover looking its best, regularly brush off any loose dirt with a soft brush and rinse with lukewarm water. To clean, a solution of lukewarm water and mild natural soap such as Ivory™ may be used. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry. The use of detergent is not recommended as it may diminish the water repellent finish on certain fabrics and invite the growth of mildew. We also recommend the use of 303 Fabric & Vinyl Cleaner to safely remove dirt and difficult stains. Allow to dry thoroughly before folding for storage.

  • Installing Tie-Down Straps on Snowmobile Covers:
All Snowmobile Covers come standard with 8-foot heavy-duty tie down straps tobe used with the tie-down loops in the hem of the cover.
To secure your cover for storage or trailering, proceed as follows:
Step 1. Thread the buckle-end of the tie-down strap through a tie-down loop from back to front. Pull
through approximately 12” and tie-off with a simple overhand knot so that the strap is secure. Guide
the plain end of the strap underneath the unit to the opposite side.
Step 2. Thread the plain end of the strap through the tie-down loop on the opposite side and guide the strap underneath the unit back to the original side.
Step 3. Thread the strap through the top slot in the quick release buckle from back to front, pulling the end of the strap toward you.
Step 4. Continue threading the strap over the center bar of the buckle and into the bottom slot of the buckle (see illustration). The strap is now fully adjustable by pulling down on the loose end of the webbing. Install all straps on the cover before tightening.
Step 5. Be sure the cover is centered on the unit, then tighten the straps securely so that the cover is taut.
Step 6. Trim the straps if necessary. Leave approximately 12” of webbing for adjustability and trim off
any excess using a pair of scissors. Lightly singe the cut edge of the webbing using a cigarette lighter to fuse the yarns and prevent the webbing from unravelling. DO NOT SET ON FIRE AND BE SURE TO EXTINGUISH ANY FLAMES.To remove the cover, simply disconnect the quick release buckles by squeezing the sides. For quick and easy re-installation of the cover, leave the straps attached to the tie-down loops. After first use, check straps for tautness. If they require adjustment, untie knot and refer to Step 1
