Returns are free on any item that you receive that is defective or an incorrect item was received. Returning an item for any other reason is still accepted assuming items are in the same new condition. However, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. For any returned products, up to a 25% restocking fee can be added based on the condition of the returned product.
