Shipping and handling:

International Buyers:

·       Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

·       Buyers are responsible for any customs or brokerage fees, import duties and taxes.

     ►  When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

·       Your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number

·       The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO"

TAX:

Return/Refund Policy:

·       You have up to 30 days to return your item(s).

·       Money back or item(s) exchange (buyer's choice).

·       Buyer pays return shipping.

·       If you received "Free Shipping" on the order, this initial shipping fee cost us to ship your order is not refundable.

·       Shipping and handling charges that you/we paid are not refundable.

·       All refused, incorrect address listed, or undeliverable address will be subjected to a 15% charge in addition to the non-refundable shipping & handling charges which results in the shipment being returned back to us.

·       Replacement will ship back to you within 3 business days after we receive the returned item(s) at our facility.

·       Replacement parts are identical or equivalent specification, but not limited to the original models on your purchased.

·       Please contact seller before returning any items for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping destination.

·       Returns package must have an RMA number clearly display on the box with all parts safely packed.
