Return Policy

Standard Return Policy
  • Return for refund or replacement: 30 days
  • Subject to 15% Restocking Fee

All of our products are backed by a USADEPOT guarantee.  If you are not happy for any reason within thirty days of receiving the purchased product, please ship the item back for a refund subject to the terms of our standard return policy.

We cannot refund the original shipping charge, and the return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.  If buyer provides the incorrect shipping address, and the purchased products are shipped, USADEPOT will not refund on shipping and handling charges.  A message must be sent to us for an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number request.  eBay requires buyers and sellers to use the eBay messaging system.  Please submit an RMA request to us for return information.   Please allow 10-15 business days to process your refund.

If the purchased item is found to be defective within thirty days of receiving the product, please contact us.  Defective items will be replaced at no cost to the buyer.  If the buyer receives a defective product, but would like to receive a refund, a refund can be issued pursuant to the terms of the standard return policy.
