For your consideration is this stunning Rococo style tea pot made by Meissen Porcelain or Dresden Germany.   The tea pot has a cattails and fan/shell pattern and is accented with heavy gold.  The mark is a 19^th century Meissen crossed swords mark.  The tea pot is 6 ¾” tall to the top of the lid finial, and 8” long from spout tip to handle edge.  There are some very minor condition issues listed for complete accuracy:  The underside of the lid has a small flat flake missing.  Also on the lid the two pegs that hold the lid in place have roughness from taking the lid on and off.  On the inside rim of the pot, the rim has a small nick from the peg hitting the rim.  The gold decoration shows some, expected, flacking and ware.  These minor defects are pictured so please review the attached photos for the best understanding of the condition.  No other deficiencies were noticed on inspecting the teapot.  Thank you for looking.
