All you need to do is to send your toothbrush with its charger or deliver it in person to the address which I will send you after you place the order. I will replace the battery and send it fully charged and checked back to you. Normally the whole process should take just over a week.

The price of the service includes the new battery, replacing service and the postage. If you feel it is too expensive or you cannot afford this price please contact me and I will see what I can do. I can also provide you with the tool to pull off the top securing ring around the top seal.

I am a professional engineer (MSc Master of Science in Mechanics and Mechatronics). I am a Design&Development Engineer employed in the electromechanical industry.
