Skytech CON TH Thermostatic On/Off Fireplace Remote Control Kit

This remote control was designed to provide a safe, reliable, and user-friendly system for gas heating appliances. The unit is operated manually or thermostatically using the hand-held transmitter. The transmitter has four buttons; on, off, mode, and set. Turn the fireplace on and off manually, or you can set the temperature for the room by turning on the thermostat setting and selecting the temperature you wish. The LCD screen displays the room and thermostat temperature in °F or °C. This system operates on radio frequencies within a 20’ range using non-directions signals. This unit can only be used by connecting the receiver to a manual valve with a latching On/Off solenoid.

Tracking numbers are posted back to your order once they have been processed. Items will be shipped via USPS, FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost, unless otherwise noted. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and USA Prossession, territory, or Freely Associated States, additional postage may be required. Special shipping requests may require additional payment. Multiple purchases may also be combined for shipping purposes.

For all international (outside the USA) orders, additional postage will be required. Shipping / Postage quotes can be requested prior to payment. Orders will be shipped via DHL Express International, USPS or eBay's Global Shipping Program.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense. Returns must be sent back to us in the same new resalable condition and packaging it was sent in. If returned items are not in resalable condition, a full refund may not be provided. Please make sure items are shipped to us well protected so they will not be damaged on return shipping. All returned orders will be checked-in inspected before issuing a refund.

Damage

If you received a broken or damaged item, please contact OnFireGuy right away. We will require a digital photo/picture of the item and packaging to process either a replacement or partial refund. Please hold onto the damaged item, as we may require the item to be returned.
