Descriptions:

Made from bottom/root part of wild harvest Aetoxylon agarwood (gaharu buaya/crocodile agarwood) from Kalimantan (Borneo) island, Indonesia. Soft sweet smell when brought close to the nose, strong enough when burned.

Gaharu (agarwood) buaya (crocodile) formed in Aetoxylon trees. Commonly found in swamp areas where crocodile lives, that's why this agarwood called gaharu buaya. It smells different when compared to agarwood that formed in Aquilaria/Gyrinops trees.

Combined with genuine sea Coral.

*21-22 cm (8.3-8.7 inch) approx circumference.

*9 Aetoxylon chips 7-9 x 13-17 x 24-26 mm average bead size.

*18 beads coated white Coral 8-9 mm average bead size.

*1 loose Aetoxylon chip, you can use it for burning smell test.

Handmade, some beads not perfectly shape and a little different in size, also there may be a slight defect on some beads.

You will receive exactly item as shown in the pictures.

There are 3 kinds of agarwood/aloeswood that circulated in Indonesia, depending on the tree species where they formed:

1.   Aquilaria

2.   Gyrinops

3.   Aetoxylon

Agarwood that formed in Aquilaria and Gyrinops trees accepted as real agarwood by everyone in the world, but there are some different perceptions about Aetoxylon agarwood, some people said it’s real agarwood but second grade and has cheaper price, other people said it’s fake agarwood. Aetoxylon agarwood also known as gaharu buaya or crocodile agarwood.

So if you want real agarwood without any disagreements, please buy agarwood marked with Aquilaria or Gyrinops only.
