RARE Mikasa THE RITZ Crystal Open Hurricane / Vase Art Deco Mint TS400

This pieces are GORGEOUS and is scarce and not found often.  This Hurricane stands 5 1/2 inches tall and can be use for candles, as a vase or even as a cocktail icer with the addition of an insert.  It was produced between 1993 and 1997 and also known as pattern TS400.  There is no damage and appears unused!!!
