This is a 22mm rubber band.  This band is a high quality smooth buttery silicone composite black rubber band with white stitching and a heavy duty stainless steel buckle.  The longer part of the band measures about 4 3/4 inches and the shorter part of the band measures about 3.5 inches including the buckle
