Banana Fritters (Kluay Kaak) is undoubtedly the most popular Thai street sweet snack. It can be commonly found along busy streets or street markets in Thailand. 
You can make this delicious banana fritters at you home with this Lobo miz.  It is easy to make. Just add water and stir.  You may add more sugar if you prefer them to be sweeter.  Using the Thai bananas is reccommended, but if they are not available, the plantain bananas are a good substitution. 
Banana fritters can be served as is or served hot with vanilla ice cream.
