Frame Company is also pleased to offer our customers other complimentary services alongside our picture and photo frames. We offer both standard and custom size mounts as not all images come in standard sizes.

Delivery to some postcodes, including Northern Ireland and outlying parts of the UK mainland, may take a further 2 working days. Shipping is charged per order rather than per frame. The shipping cost should automatically update however if it does not please send us a request for a revised invoice and we will update this for you.



Orders will be sent to the address chosen at checkout - in the event that you need it sent to a different address please message us directly and we will do our best to change this however cannot guarantee this. Please DO NOT leave a note at checkout to change the address as these comments are not routinely monitored. 



Please be advised that sadly we are unable to pass any delivery instructions across to the courier, however the tracking number for your order will be sent directly to the email address registered to eBay. 

In the event that you change your mind about your order and wish to return your frame for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer and we do recommend using a signed-for service as we are unable to take responsibility for goods that are not delivered. 



In the event that a frame arrives damaged please do let us know and we will of course be more than happy to send a replacement to you. Please do contact us prior to making any alternative arrangements.
