- By default, we print labels with Cambria font (centre align). please advise If you'd like to use other font


Price is for :

60 x small size(22x9mm) personalised labels(max only 1 line with text max 7 letters); or

45 x medium size(28 x13mm) personalised labels;or(max 2 lines text max 10 letters per line); or

30 x large size(46x20mm) personalised labels(max 3 lines text max 15 letters per line)


please dont forget to message us your text content after bid e.g.: 

 line 1...line 2...(we will use upper/lower case exactly as you sent, one name each lot)

if you choose small size label, 

please remember it only fit one line of name max 7 letters.



Payment
  • PAYPAL IS OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT. please email us if you request our bank details.
  • CAN'T PAY DON'T BID ITS THAT SIMPLE. All items must be paid within 7 days after auction ends. Item will NOT be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Shipping
  • COMBINE SHIPPING You are more than welcome to request combine shipping.
how to do combine purchase save your $$$ (simply 3 steps):
1.bid all the items you want desperately
2.email us requesting a new combine shipping invoice(usually $1 postage for each extra item purchased)
3.once you get the new invoice with combined postage you can then make your payment.
  • We ship every business day, and most items are shipped within 48 hours from receiving payment.
  • Delivery days for most are under normal situation:
      • Domestic (usually take 1-7 business days via Australia post)
  • We will send the labels via letter if you want tracking number please let us know and include extra $3.10 for registered letter 
  • All delivery will  be sent to the buyer's address provided in the paypal profile. Please  email us if different address is required. 
  • Surcharge applies to any  unclaimed items which includes incomplete or wrong address. No local pick up available from our online store

Returns and exchange
