Have you bought a HID kit which is not correct?
Firstly we go throw great lengths and testing to insure our ballasts provide the utmost reliability and Error Free function and each is built to a superb quality thus carrying a very low defect rate so please be aware of similar looking ballasts as the cheapest is not always the best.

Our new Canbus digital HID ballasts are the latest addition to our HID product range and are available to buy as a replacement for your faulty ballast or buy two for your car suffering problems of lights shutting down, radio interference or onboard dash errors...
This ballast is compatible with all bulb's as the ballast is always the same so you can use your H7,H1,H3,H11,H4,9005,9006 etc
They are also; CE & E-marked approved meaning that they have passed rigorous testing to conform to the high standards set in the UK & EU.

From the moment you click order we treat your order with the utmost of speed as we know everybody hates the wait for their parcels.
Everything is hand packed and double checked to ensure mistakes are kept minimal.
Our usual cut off for getting the mail out same day is 2.45pm Monday to Friday.
If you miss any information such as the colour you require etc if it is needed then your order will be delayed until we get the required information.
Our Mail partners are Royal Mail, Parcel Force and UPS unless it’s a Ad Hoc Delivery.

We are one of the only sellers which post worldwide. We provide a tracked service which is also normally there in 2 to 5 days depending on your country.
We hope you love your new purchase. However if you change your mind you can return it in an unused condition.
All items sent back if not faulty must not show any signs of usage and any packaging or boxes need to be free from any marks or damage as need to be sold again.
We cannot cover return postage or would have to raise our prices to incorporate this. Any item being returned must be sent via a recorded service as you will be responsible that it arrives to us, any item not received by us is your responsibility until it arrives.

When returning an item its import to get a receipt and tracking for your return if value is over £10. Make sure you include a note with your ebay id and reason for return including the purchase date. If it is an exchange please put a brief explanation.
