SHIPPING AND HANDLING

1. We ship to Worldwide with a tracking number.
2. The Economic and Standard shipment usually takes about 10-30 business days normally, about 7-18 business days for most countries like U.K., USA , Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Finland, Portugal, Croatia, New Zealand, Singapore, Ireland, Japan etc. for the countries like Italy, France, Russia, whose custom has very strict policy, the shipping time will be rather long, usually about 14-25 business days or sometimes even longer. Brazil / South America, Normally, 14-30 working days, but sometimes it takes up to 45 days due to the Custom Inspection.
3. In general, Express Shipping need the additional cost depending on your location. Please contact us in advance for querying the additional freight. Please provide your PHONE NUMBER for delivery purpose. But, we reserve the right to change the shipping company and shipping methods.
4. In case your address information showing in Paypal and eBay are different, we will ship to your PAYPAL ADDRESS.
5. In case you need to change your shipment address, please contact us through eBay message within 12 hours after payment. Otherwise, we will not refund or re-ship the item.
6.We can send by DHL/TNT/FedEX/EMS express and provide a shipping discount for wholesale, please contact us.
7. Please note that the price DOES NOT INCLUDE customs duties / taxes / clearance fees, they are buyer's responsibility. And they are not accepted as the reasons for refund or return (even buyer reject to receive the parcel).
Anyway, we usually declare lower value to lower your chance / amount of customs duties. 
But, if customs duties still arise, the buyer is responsible for customs duties / taxes / clearance fees!

RETURN POLICY

Returns is accepted only if item is not as described or as pictured.
Buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for return arrangement.
Full refund of your payment will be issued. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
