Delivery

Our main courier on larger, heavier items is DPD who provide a Tracked 24HR service which can text or email you with an estimated time of arrival.

Our smaller, lighter items under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48HR service which arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch.

If you require an upgraded delivery service or Saturday delivery, please call us for a quotation.

Delivery during the Christmas period may be slightly delayed so please be weary of this when selecting the faster postage options as if the parcel was sent on time with the correct service you will not be able to get a refund.

We also require your reg number before purchase, failure to do so may delay your order.

Packaging

Here at HonestComponents we package our items as securely as possible. Heavy items will be boxed and lighter items will be bagged in heavy duty Jiffy bags or other strong postmail bags. However any parcels that have damaged packaging must be checked before accepting the parcel from the courier. We can not take any liability for any missing pieces or items as all our parcels are double checked before dispatch. Accepting a damaged/ripped/torn parcel means you accept liability for the goods. All international parcels will be boxed and very well secured. Any questions or upgrade in packaging please feel free to ask.

Please note if you change your mind or cancel your part you the buyer will be liable to 10% Handling / Re-stocking Charge. Should you need to return an item, please contact us and we will forward our returns information to you.
