This is an awesome little thangka painting of two hands of the Buddha, palms up and overflowing with auspicious symbols.  It measures about 8 1/2" high by 7 1/2" wide. 

This piece is hand painted with gold, silver, stone, and vegetable paints by Tibetan refugees living in Nepal.
