This is a new design as from 2019 - new improved  PE Polyethylene fabric (extra strong from previous designs)
Tougher, woven, tear-resistant polyethylene high grade tarpaulin-like material which is both durable and waterproof - the rain just rolls off.
Also new is the new second skin roof hood  which fits over the top of the main cover and hooks onto the eyelets along the arch shaped sides. A draw string nylon guy line  allows it to be tightened and optionally can be pegged down for additional stability in high winds. This new fly sheet or roof hood not only makes the Tidy Tent more waterproof but also extends the lifetime of the product.
Another improvement on the previous design is the shape of the door panel. The new door panel shape makes it easier to zip and unzip without snagging.
We've also changed the base from a plastic ground sheeto to a tough mesh floor panel . This improves air circulation to reduce internal condensation and allows any water ingress to quickly drain away.
Finally   you will find a new incorporated foldaway ground sheet extenstion strip along the front edge. This is to make zipping and unzipping easier  - simply place your foot on the tread strip allowing for more tension in the fabric making it easier to use the zip with one hand. It also makes for a neater edge. If you prefer not to use it - simply tuck it underneath out the way.

Finally  you will also receive a further two additional  fibreglass poles. Put these to one side for use in the event of snow. To increase the strength of the products this additional set of fibreglass rods has been included. These may be inserted vertically into the eyelets in the webbing straps inside the cover of the apex of the door entrance and at the centre of the base of the door panel.

Unwanted items:

If you change your mind or find that the item you purchased is unsuitable, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery/collection date. You may return items to the store in person or post them, however, please note that if posting you must take the necessary precautions to ensure the item/s are not damaged in transit and the cost of the postage will not be refunded. You must send a covering letter explaining the reason why you are returning the item, the date of purchase and the cost of the goods.

Price of delivery is included in the selling price - an adjustment will be made if a return is not a production fault etc eg customer buying error

Damaged/Faulty Goods:

If the product purchased is damaged in transit (where delivery is arranged by Van Comfort) or found to be faulty the item will be refunded or exchanged. If sending the product back to us, we will refund the cost of postage. Please message Van Comfort before sending back to ensure you get the best delivery rates. We cannot be held responsable for exessive delivery costs, . You must send a covering letter explaining the fault/problem, the date of purchase and the cost of the goods.
