This is a 26mm rubber band.  This band is a high quality smooth buttery silicone composite white rubber band with a yellow loop and heavy duty stainless steel buckle.  The longer part of the band measures about 4 3/4 inches and the shorter part of the band measures about 3.5 inches including the buckle.
