Suitable for Sumitomo pins & sockets, sealed and unsealed series
& a range of other automotive connectors, including Amp Superseal including Superseal 1.0, used in LINK & Haltech connectors, TS Series & NH Series used by NISSAN

This W-form tool works to crimp the pins/sockets of Sumitomo, Amp Superseal, Superseal 1.0 for Link & Haltech connectors or other similar connectors. These types of pins/sockets are designed to wrap around the wire and clamp onto it with a 'W' pattern, literally gripping the wire. Standard crimp tools or pliers work poorly with this type of pin or socket, because they tend to crush them and potentially allow the wire to be pulled out.
This crimper has multi 'W' crimp sizes, round seal crimps and an open ended crimp point at the tip of the tool, for bullet or spade connectors, making it very versatile workshop tool.
Slot D crimps the Sumitomo pins and sockets onto the wire.
Slot A crimps a seal onto the wire sleeving, if you are using one, or it crimps the clamp to the wire sheathing.
The other slots will fit a variety of other different connector pins and sockets, such as Sumitomo NH and Amp Superseal, which have smaller pins/sockets.
