man & woman with stick. This figuring represent an Ashanti coupe , smashing the food grain
with stick ageist a pot to make powder to cook good food ......
This type of figurines are ben made by the Ashant/Akan tribe from Ghana Africa; to used
as weights in the daily life to weight gold or anything they need to be weighted. Each figurine
is made in unique and original shape using the lost-wax method used at 1700's or late 1800's to make
very original figurines with great personality.....
Because they still made this type of figurines is very hard to tell the age or originality, please
contact me for any question....

This beauty looks very old in very good conditions patina like black spot probably will go
away if you polished other wise it will catch the attention of any one......
