Now in sales the brand new Powder to Liquid Gel! This is medium that allow to apply powder coating as easy as liquid paint with help of brush, airbrush or dip. Just necessary properly mix Powder to Liquid Gel with powder coating in proportion about 1:1 by volume to the convenient to apply substance. After applied to part, allow it to fully dry out and then cure in oven with powder prescribed schedule.
Powder to Liquid Gel also opens benefits of powder to not metal part like wood, plastic, porcelain, ceramic and many other that before were hard to apply, that open unlimited direction of DIY projects.
Powder to Liquid Gel will help to incorporate to powder coating different pigments and flakes like:
- pearl pigment,
- chameleon pigments,
- fluorescence pigments,
- metal flakes,
- water soluble candy dye.
Add pigment to powder in required proportion, mix with Gel and apply.
Waterborn, nontoxic, do not change powder coating properties.
It is a thermosetting powder coatings based on epoxy and polyester resins designed for interior applications. It has good chemical resistance. It provides glossy decorative coatings at low temperature curing.
