Mild steel flat bar is a cost-effective and remarkably versatile form of steel which is suited to a huge range of applications. Although it displays the superb combination of strength, versatility and formability of steel, the reduced carbon content of mild steel makes it easier to work and therefore great for fabrication and construction purposes.
In addition to its malleability, mild steel is also highly recyclable and can be reworked once used. Our mild steel flat bar is iron grade 43a and can be easily cut, drilled and welded; it is a superb choice of material for constructing frames, trailers and many more high strength structures in domestic, commercial and industrial environments.

Our mild steel flat bar is delivered cut to size to suit your requirements.
Please note: Our current machines operate to a tolerance of +/- 2mm.
Delivery
Our delivery charges are based on our courier's costs and we only charge you the amount we have to pay.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within four working days of receiving your order and payment. For deliveries local to our warehouse we use our own fleet of vehicles. For orders further afield we will use a courier that suits the size of the order.
In cases regarding the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the stated delivery charge may not cover our shipping costs and we reserve the right to request additional payment. If you do not wish to do this, we will refund your order within 24 hours.
Returns
We cannot refund the cost of any custom or bespoke steel products where the dimensions are decided by you. An email must be sent before returning your item to notify us of any issues. Please also enclose a note with your return stating the reasons and your Ebay username. Postage for returned items will not be refunded.
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, we will ask you to return the item to us for inspection and we will issue a refund if we feel that it is applicable.
