Free Pickup (Click & Collect)

Pickup is available from our Sydney warehouse: NSW, Cabramatta (JTM Auto Parts HQ), Address available on request. Please message us on eBay with your order number or eBay username to confirm stock availability and receive the pickup address. Please ensure you have your eBay order details and the pick-up code (a 6-digit number) ready before you arrive.

Shipping Details

All items are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment (business days only). Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney warehouse. We use reliable carriers including Australia Post eParcel, Couriers Please, Aramex, and Allied Express. Most metro deliveries arrive within 1–7 working days. Deliveries to rural WA and NT may take 10 or more business days. Weekends and local public holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe.

Shipping Costs & Depot Collection

We strive to keep shipping costs low and offer combined shipping for multiple items where possible. Depot collection is available upon request – ideal if you're located in a remote or high-cost delivery area. Please contact us to check the nearest depot option. If you believe the shipping cost shown is unusually high, contact us to discuss alternatives before placing the order.

Remote Area Surcharges

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas, including (but not limited to) the Northern Territory, Far North Queensland, and remote WA. Please message us to confirm if your address is affected.

International Shipping

International deliveries may incur customs duties, VAT, or import fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office before placing an order.

Payments must be made within 7 working days after confirming your purchase.Please remember to include your eBay ID as a reference for your payment.

Shipping may be delayed if the payment is unclear or if the correct reference is not provided and communication is lacking.

All orders paid via PayPal will be shipped to the PayPal account only. Please note that pick-up or address changes are not allowed for PayPal payments.

We accept returns within 30 days if the buyer purchased the item and wishes to receive a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in brand-new condition.

All returns must be approved by our customer service team. We will arrange for a replacement, spare parts, or accept your return request.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For listings with free shipping, a restocking fee of 20% of the item's purchase price will be charged.

Parts are covered by a 12-month warranty provided by the manufacturer, which applies to all parts sold unless otherwise stated in the listing description.
