We have a dedicated warehouse with fully trained staff. We have been involved in mail order and e-commerce for over 22 years and have a wealth of experience in packing your goods so they arrive in a perfect condition.

We ship to the UK, Europe and on many products we ship Worldwide. 

If you live locally you can also call in and collect your item.

We describe our items honestly and never knowingly sell faulty items. In the unlikely event you have a problem with any of our products please do contact us at the earliest opportunity and within 14 days latest of receiving your goods, and we will endeavour to assist you.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched . Please allow extra time if you have issued an e-cheque via paypal. The expected arrival time as per the ebay listing is only a guide and subject to variation.

Terms

In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. We cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred on theses products. Images displayed on our listings are as up to date as possible, in rare occurrences product or labelling may differ slightly from the displayed image due to changes beyond our control.

Returns

If the item you received is not wanted or you have changed your mind then please return it to us and submit a returns request via " My eBay" within 30 days of receipt. Please note it is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Please take good care of the goods as they must be in a resalable condition. Once we receive the item back we will issue a product refund only excluding any postage costs inline with eBay policy and Distance Selling Regulations.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods and we may need the item sending back to us.

If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. We may ask for proof of damage of the fault prior to the item being returned, this proof is normally an image/s sent to us by EMAIL.
