Note/Precautions:

• Please note. I will check the plants to get you the best one that I have. However, in rare occasions, some imperfection such as small breaks in leaves or blemishes is inevitable. Unless a fairly significant damage is observed, such as a large stem or branch has broke off or missing. those imperfections will not be subject to return/replacement.
• While the plant body is always the same, sometimes the base may be of different color. Most of my stocks are white, but sometimes they comes in dark gray or black. They will be shipped without any previous notice. If the color of the base is a deal breaker for you. Please ask me about it before you buy/bid.
• Due to different lighting setting, the color in the photo might be different from color under different sets of lights. Due to this reason, photos are for reference purpose only.
• This is a product meant for decoration only, It is not a toy for children. Keep it out of reach of a child. It may seem fun and game for a child to play but I just don't see how this item being safe and sound in the hand of a minor.

Payment/Shipping/Returns

• I will only ship to confirmed address.No exceptions.
• We will automatically combine ship all your orders that have the same ship-to address within a day. That is, if you pay for different items separately between our shipment, we will ship them out together in a single package unless notified before ship out time the next business day. 
• We generally ship out orders at around 2PM to 4PM Eastern time Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and US holiday or non-deliverable days such as snow or other unavoidable emergencies.
• Please let us know of any concerns or problems with your order immediately via eBay message service. But please refrained from opening a case immediately as a case in eBay limits options to resolve problem quickly. Options like replacement without return shipping would not be possible once a case is opened.
