I will ship within the U.S. only. I use USPS as my method of delivery. I ship first class and priority. I can ship first class up through 13 ounces. Anything over 13 ounces, it has to be sent priority mail. These are the post office's rules, not mine. If I had my way, I would choose first class to ship everything as it is much cheaper and just as fast most of the time.
