• Exquisite hand carved antique cameo, all three shell layers are present with some outer shell spotted in lady's hair
• Polished back to cameo
• 10K yellow gold, unmarked
• Beautiful etched setting
• Turning clasp closure has some a carving structure to it but is too worn to identify what it was 
• Gold has wear commensurate with age
• Approximate measurements:  cameo is 1 1/8" long, 7/8" wide oval
